Manufactured in pipe diameter of 1/2" with wall thickness of 0,35 mm in a staggered arrangement. Aluminum fins with a corrugated surface are used, with a fin spacing of 6 mm and 8mm, the mold geometry is designed as 40x35 mm. To protect the copper pipes used in the batteries, mirror sheets are made of aluminum. A Refrigerant Distributor and Copper Collector are used.
GYE Series Ceiling Type Evaporators cabinets are manufactured from galvanized steel, painted with RAL 9016 electrostatic powder paint, which is resistant to different weather conditions.
GYE Series Ceiling Type Evaporators use fans with diameters of Ø300 and Ø350 mm.
Optional E1 or E2 electric defrost applications are available.
The capacities are calculated according to EN 328 Standards for R404A gas compared to European fans.
GYE Series Ceiling Type Evaporators are tested at 40 bar and shipped with 6 bar of nitrogen.
